The AIDC Eastern Cape hosted a round table in Gqeberha to discuss the EV Whitepaper presented by the SA government, and our Energy and E-mobility Director, Greg Blandford, was there.

The event brought together a diverse group of industry players, manufacturers, provincial and national government, and state entities. The platform proved to be an excellent opportunity for exchanging information and developing an action plan to secure the Eastern Cape's place in the electric vehicle value chain. At the event, two electric vehicles, the BYD Atto3 and the Tesla Model Y, were presented to showcase this technology.
